"The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination."

I love this time of the year…

December is always a time for self-reflection for me.

I look back at my last year's growth and compare it with this year's obstacles, accomplishments, and growth I've accomplished, and it makes me feel good. It inspires and gives me a set of standards to hold myself accountable for the new year.

** Let's take a look at 2019’s Accomplishments.

My 2019 Accomplishments

FITNESS

  • I Ran the mission bay boardwalk (6 miles) several times without stopping! It was a pretty big deal for me!

  • Joined a Sunday Running Club.

  • I lost 10 pounds. It made me feel leaner, faster, and more conditioned, which was my actual goal.

SELF GROWTH

  • I learned how not to allow little things to affect me.

  • I read over 25 self-growth books last year

I like to compare my 2019 vs. 2020

It's an excellent way to see PROGRESS & GROWTH.
