Self Reflection + Acceptance
"The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination."
I love this time of the year…
December is always a time for self-reflection for me.
I look back at my last year's growth and compare it with this year's obstacles, accomplishments, and growth I've accomplished, and it makes me feel good. It inspires and gives me a set of standards to hold myself accountable for the new year.
** Let's take a look at 2019’s Accomplishments.
My 2019 Accomplishments
FITNESS
I Ran the mission bay boardwalk (6 miles) several times without stopping! It was a pretty big deal for me!
