I have truly enjoyed and benefited from working with Adriana these last few months and will continue. She provides fantastic, practical, and achievable goals and guidance. It is a fantastic mix of guidance for healthy eating, a balanced diet, easy and delicious recipes, and fitness goals.
As a result, I am more aware of the impact of what I eat using macros, as well as the importance of daily workouts and overall approach to fitness. I am more fit and lean than ever. I will be continuing to work with Adriana and highly recommend working with her for others-and it words for people of all ages.
I turned 50 this year and I was not happy with myself. I used to be very active but had gotten out of routine and became overweight. Ever since working with Adriana I instantly felt better.
