Motivation is OVERRATED

"I need motivation. I didn't do my workout cause I just wasn't motivated. How are you motivated to work out every day? "


How many times have you heard or said things like that? I have said it and heard it a MILLION times.


Here's why MOTIVATION IS OVERRATED and you shouldn't rely on it. If you rely solemnly on motivation to get things done.


I'm sorry to tell you, but you won't succeed.Motivation is something that comes and goes. It can help you to get started BUT it won't last forever.


There comes a time where you have to make the decision, to never stop growing and to never allow yourself to quit on your dreams and goals.


It's ON YOU to do the things you need to do to get closer to your goals each day, REGARDLESS of how you're feeling emotionally, how your day is going, or any situation that arises.


When you DO IT no matter what, you break a barrier inside your mind and you become a more mentally strong, resilient, consistent, and more committed person, not only towards your goals but towards your whole life.


GROWTH or COMFORT. Which one will you pick?

They're both hard but only ONE will bring you the results you so badly want. Growing as a person requires you to feel uncomfortable by pushing yourself way past your limiting beliefs. It requires Discipline to continue to do the things even if you don't see the results right away. It requires Consistency in doing the things, especially when you don't feel like doing them. It requires Courage to try new experiences and to get out of your comfort zone.

Choosing GROWTH will be the best decision in your life.
